The Tour and itinerary was well organised and covered a wide spectrum of ancient sites, interesting places and a variety of things to see. We were very well looked after by our driver Denver who was at the airport on our arrival and made sure we were looked after the whole time until our departure. He was a very safe and good driver and a wealth of information during the tour. The hotels we were booked into and the attractions we visited were all first class. We of course took many photos, but I attach one which is particularly good. It is of us having an elephant ride, just before the elephant squirted me with water. Sri Lanka and India Tour January 2013-01-26 Just a short note to thank Travel Talk for a really wonderful holiday we experienced in Sri Lanka and India in January 2013. Walkers Tours had arranged our accommodation and transport in Sri Lanka very well and we experienced a fine level of service from this company. The Indian leg of our holiday arranged through Sita was really exceptional, with Sita giving us a really excellent level of service with every facet of the arrangements being carried out with a great deal of professionalism and courtesy. Sita looked after our every need and provided us with service which we maintain is the best we have experienced in our travels. The company representatives, tour guides, driver and transport provided were all of a very high standard indeed. Palace on Wheels (POW) I had attempted to obtain tickets for the Palace on Wheels (POW) from a specialist rail tour company in the United States, only to be informed that the ticket allocation has been exhausted on the date we wanted to travel. I incidentally mentioned this to Andre as part of a broader conversation about travel options on the Sub-Continent when he remarked that the unavailability of Sleeper accommodations may not necessarily be the case. He would, he said, make enquiries with people he knew in Delhi regarding Sleepers on the train. Voila`. He rang back and advised that through his source tickets were still available and if we wanted to go, he could make the reservations. I was flabbergasted and impressed at the same time. Did we want the tickets? You bet. In a couple of hours the flights, hotels and sightseeing in New Delhi and reservations on the POW, were all arranged.

“We were treated as royalty” Thank you so much for organising our trip to India.From our plane landing in Delhi to leaving Kochi we were treated as royalty or so we felt.We felt very safe as we had those two 24hr phone numbers.That was a bonus seeing we were travelling on our own. At the airport and at each different hotel we were met by Sita a representative and where necessary assisted with formalities at the airports.The guides were knowledgeable and courteous.Having Mr Khan as our driver for 17-days was a special bonus.He was a treasure.Nothing was ever a problem for him and I felt he was very protective of us,especially watching over us in Pushkar and became our unofficial guide on those occasions when we did not have a guide. Any Australian would be very happy to have him as a driver.Could you pass on our thanks for having him to Sita. The hotels were great. The service was so professional and the staff charming.All over the attention was outstanding,maybe it was out of respect. We did not see any other people our age travelling independently . The itinerary was excellent. You suggested Siana could be a highlight and so it was.We did not know Pradeep and Hemant were held in such high esteem.We were welcomed as part of his uncles, grandsons pre wedding celebrations.It was an emotional, humbling experience to be accepted as part of the family on such an important occasion. Thank you for our India trip Firstly a big thank you to you for organizing our holiday (to India) Andrea and I were very impressed with the set up of the itinerary which allowed us to relax after each city in what we felt were some of the loveliest hotels we have ever stayed at, not forgetting the service and wonderful meals each area offered. The service offered via SITA (India Quest) in India was second to none. From picking us up at airports and hotels, to keeping in contact every couple of days making sure we had no problems or issues We both agree the highlights of the 22 days spent in this wonderful country as the city of Varanasi, with its diverse culture and friendly people and the national park at Ranthambore, sighting a tiger with her cubs was something that stays with you for ever. Andrea would also like me to mention the shopping. Our thanks go to all involved in your company and to our many guides and drivers who enabled us to enjoy India without worrying about anything re transport or hotels. Perhaps the most enjoyable part was the friendliness and courtesy of all the Indians we had contact with, very genuine people. Usually it can be expected that where a tour involving 4 countries, with all the necessary arrangements that need to be made and the number of people involved, would suffer some hiccups along the way. Not this tour though! Flights, Connections, Transfers, Hotels, Tours. Everything went off just perfectly. The tour through Delhi, Agra & Jaipur of very well put together. We found the Tour guides to be very skilled and well informed, our driver was excellent and my wife has even forgiven the peacock that screamed all night outside our room in Jaipur (Narayan Niwas Palace). The Narayan Niwas Palace is a beautiful hotel that harks back to a by-gone era. Noisy Peacocks notwithstanding. The hotels selected in Singapore, India & Hong Kong were all very good. We really enjoyed our tour and we will have no hesitation whatsoever in organizing all our future holidays through you and also in recommending your services to all our friends, relatives and acquaintances.
